We aren't fools here in Jersey, and in kind, we don't like to overpay. Selling your home comes down to two factors, price and presentation.  The market will pay what the market will pay. So what do we do to sell your home? We do the same thing over, and over, and over, because it works.  

 

Getting the property ready:

Paint this, don't paint that. Pull these weeds, we help get your home ready. We know what buyers are looking for and don't want you wasting your time on what they don't. We have no problems jumping in and doing it right there with you too!  We are very hands on.  

 

Getting the property SOLD:

 

 

1. DSLR still photography.

2. 360 photography and dollhouse tour.

​​​​​3. Reverse Prospect. We message each realtor in our MLS who has a buyer that fits your home's criteria, and give them a nudge. Not all realtors are full time and not all buyers/agents search every day.  This part is critical!

4. We mail everyone in the neighborhood and let them know your house is up for sale! 

5. Using RedX skip tracing, we call the nearest 200 homeowners and let them know this property is for sale, then ask the age old question, "Who Do You Know Looking To Move Here?"

6. Open house first weekend with property cards the guests can take with them. These glossy full size cards feature the home's details and select photos on front, with all levels of floorplan on the back.  Will that couch fit? They can now figure it out at home!
