Real Estate is a numbers game, but it is ALSO a paper game! I sometimes think this industry kept Dwight and Jim from Dunder Mifflin single handedly happy. Even with our switch to digital documents, we still have a TON of forms to fill out. A midnight trip to the ER has nothing on us!
