1. Listing Agreement.

2. Sellers Disclosure.  This is where you provide any and all applicable information on the maintenance, repairs and general condition of your home.  This helps buyers understand the home better, which can equate to a more confident offer. 

3. Lead Based Paint Disclosure.  If your home was buitl prior to 1978, you will need to fill out one of these.  This mandatory document is simply to provide information that the house was built prior to 1978, and as such, there may be lead based paint in the home.  

4. Informed Consent To Dual Agency.  When we list your home, through our marketing efforts, there is always a possibility that we attract the buyer ourselves.  This potential dual agency is spelled out in this form. 

5. Wire Fraud Notice.  We live in a digital age, and wire fraud (phishing) occurrs.
